Keto Low Carb Sugar Free Strawberry Jam Recipe

Strawberry jam is a perfect complement for breakfast, either with toast or pancakes; however, they are usually accompanied by a large amount of sugar; We share with you this delicious and simple recipe so you can make your own homemade strawberry jam.


⭐ 145g of SOLA Sweet sweetener
⭐ 900g strawberries
⭐ 60ml of water


  1. Wash and disinfect the strawberries, cut them and place them in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sweetener and water to the strawberries.
  3. Heat mixture over low heat until boiling; continue cooking until it reaches the consistency of jam and remove it from the heat.
  4. Let it cool to room temperature.

Ready to enjoy!

This recipe can also be made with blueberries or raspberries, remember to wash any of these fruits well.
