Ingredients:⭐ 145g of SOLA Sweet sweetener
⭐ 900g strawberries
⭐ 60ml of water
- Wash and disinfect the strawberries, cut them and place them in a saucepan.
- Add the sweetener and water to the strawberries.
- Heat mixture over low heat until boiling; continue cooking until it reaches the consistency of jam and remove it from the heat.
- Let it cool to room temperature.
