Ingredients:⭐ 1 cup of Good Dee's for Hotcakes
⭐ ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
⭐ 1 cup of water
⭐ ¼ cup medium cream
⭐ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⭐ 1 teaspoon SOLA sweetener
⭐ 1 egg
- In a bowl, mix the flour, xanthan gum and SOLA sweetener . Add the half cream, the egg and the vanilla, beat and add the water. Beat until mixture is homogeneous; It should be a little runny in consistency.
- In a hot skillet, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture and spread it around the pan depending on the size and thickness you want your crepe.
- Let it cook until you can turn it over without breaking.
