Keto Crepes Recipe, Sugar Free and Gluten Free

Crepes are a very simple dish that can be sweet or salty, depending on what you prefer, so they can be a main dish or a delicious dessert. Enjoy some simple, fluffy and healthy crepes!

6 - 8 servings


1 cup of Good Dee's for Hotcakes
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
1 cup of water
¼ cup medium cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon SOLA sweetener
1 egg


  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, xanthan gum and SOLA sweetener . Add the half cream, the egg and the vanilla, beat and add the water. Beat until mixture is homogeneous; It should be a little runny in consistency.
  2. In a hot skillet, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture and spread it around the pan depending on the size and thickness you want your crepe.
  3. Let it cook until you can turn it over without breaking.
  4. Once cooked through, serve on a plate, fill with unsweetened whipped cream and strawberries.
