Keto Jalapeno and Low Carb Cheese Sandwich Recipe

If you like spicy, bacon and cheese, this recipe is the perfect option to enjoy these ingredients in a delicious low carb sandwich.
Recipe for 2 servings / sandwiches.
Ingredients:
⭐ 2 jalapeños cut in half lengthwise, seeded⭐ 4 oz cream cheese
⭐ 4 slices of cooked crispy bacon
⭐ 2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
⭐ 2 slices of cheddar cheese
⭐ 4 slices of SOLA Sweet bread of your choice
⭐ 1 tablespoon of butter
preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF
- Fill each jalapeño with the cream cheese and bake them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
- Place 1 slice of each cheese on the bread slices, add the bacon and the sliced jalapeño to form the sandwich.
- Cover the outside of the bread with a little butter and place it in a skillet over low heat. Cook until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Ready to enjoy!
💡 TIP : We recommend SOLA Sweet golden wheat bread to make this recipe, however, any of the presentations will give you a great result.
